This movie is so important to me because I was in boarding school when this was released and I could relate few incidents to my life at that moment, though I had different reasons for me to go a boarding school. But, there were other children in the boarding school who were going through similar situations.
This movie shows the aspects of the exceptional students and their school journey which shows the inequality they face in the world of inclusive education. In this movie, teachers show the real scenario about how they handle the students who are at lower level in their class. Ishaan’s parents are thinking about the American dream of hard-working and achieving the life goals because they discriminate themselves on the basis of their socio-economic status.
This movie also have gender inequalities because Ishaan’s mother left her job because raising family is her primary commitment to fulfill than any other job responsibility.
